The data should not be delayed by 18 hours, but it should be delayed by 10 minutes. The reason for the 10 minute delay is that you need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live Dorman account in order to verify that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
