First understand we do not have control over this. And based upon the information we have in front of us, this has to do with CME market data rules which we do not control.
The issue is this is expired:
Verified trading account ending date: 2022-09-04

Is this a live Rithmic account or is it one of these funding evaluator accounts?

The information below applies to you, for both historical and real-time data. The question is, why is it that you are not getting any data from Rithmic in place of the data from our Denali Data Feed?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
