Hello! I've got an issue with the chart update interval. I'm using Denali Teton and I've put the interval on 100ms in global settings and 0ms in the chart settings which should be right to have a 100ms update of the chart but probably my actual interval is around 1000ms. I've already tried to put 100ms in chart settings too but with no luck. By the way the chart symbol is MNQ and I have multiple chart of MNQ all having the same update interval. I noticed this problem Friday or Monday and it affects both Sim and Live account. I've checked my pc stats too(mainly CPU usage and RAM) and while CPU usge is a bit high on 50% overall, 30% of which is used by SC, the RAM usage is ok at 25% overall, with less than 10% of it used by SC. Please help. |
