Now for the 2nd time I have closed all my charts and restarted and after about 10 minutes waiting, my charts did appear but unfortunately just like the first time I did this at 8 pm ET on 31 August, the charts froze as soon as they appeared (first time at 8:10 pm) and this time again at 3:04 am. The current version is: 2268 64-bit (37586M) Account Name: TransAct_User_LeeTap Usage End Date: 2022-10-04 I got this message: Service Connection Error Connection error message from service SC/TT Futures Order Routing/Connection Error/Trade Account Not Assigned/Date-Time 2202-09001 @ 01:52:35 So, where does this leave me now??? My charts are still frozen at 3:04 am (ET) and now it is 03:29 am. This is not a good result for me. Furthermore, each time I close out the charts and save all, I lose all the customization of the chart settings that I made on each chart. What can I do now???
