Same issue as before. Now on v2427 but main instance still does not allow me to Customize the control bar button (Trade Window Config). The work arounds above no longer work for some reason (pressing ESC or using a different chartbook to get drop down menu). Pressing ESC just clears the control bar menu from the the screen. Sub instance is still fine and works normally.
