I've been using AMP services from de beginning which is 2 years since now and I Haven't had any problem till SIERRA CHART forced me to to change the package. There's not any problem with AMP cause I've contacted them and they assisted me (instantly) in remote control and checked everything was ok with them (allegedly). Is it possible a remote support to fix this once and for all? Tomorrow will be 4 days without service. This is not, for sure, a quick solution and I've thinking seriously move to another platform.
