If this is not done already, set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration To make sure there is no missing data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
