Hi User877753, and nbvoice94, APEX Funding is not a Regulated Futures Broker, so an account with them does not meet the CME Group requirement for qualifying as a Non-Professional. You might consider setting up a Futures Trading Account at one of the Brokers listed in #2 here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you already have a Futures Trading Account then you need to connect to it once a month to verify your Non-Professional status, as it relates to Real-time CME Group Data Exchange Fee through Denali.
