1. We made a change with version 2394 and above, that the CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX is no longer being brought into Sierra Chart. You could downgrade to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data, but we really recommend adding our Denali Exchange Data feed instead and then discontinuing the CQG data, if you do not need it for other purposes. 1a. You still need to be on one of the Integrated packages (Package 10, 11, or 12) in order to get real-time data either from CQG or from us. 2. There is not another option, except as noted above.
