First, you need to go into the Sierra Chart software and select Global Settings >> General Settings. Then on that window select the tab for Log and in that section look for the entry for Save Message Log to File. Change that setting to Yes.

Then continue to use the system normally, and if it locks up again, then post the most recent Message Log from that folder.
