Please go to Global Settings >> Log and set the option for Save Message Log to File to Yes.

Then the next time you have an issue then we would like you to get the saved Message Log and attach it to this thread. The Message Log will be in the Main Sierra Chart installation under the Logs folder. Look for the most recent file. Follow these instructions to attach it to this thread:
