We are wondering if you may be having disk issues and some files may have gotten corrupted in the process of fixing everything. Go to one of the charts that is having the issue and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If that takes care of it for that chart then you will want to do the same for each chart that has a distinct symbol (you do not need to do this for every chart, just once for each symbol). You may need to select Edit >> Recalculate and Reload for the charts that have the same symbol but for which you did not do the delete option.
