The good news is that your alerts are working. You just need to make sure you setup the alert as you need it to be and do some trials to make sure it is going to work as you expect. 1. You configure the alert sounds on the General Settings window. Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Sound File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts) 2. When the alert goes "True" then the drawing will "blink" (change color between darker and lighter). When you select to "Blink Once" then you may not notice the blink. If you want to see it, uncheck that option so it will blink multiple times. 3. There is nothing we can do about this. You would have to use a different email provider to get the alerts. We recommend Gmail, as we have not had issues with their service.
