Hi John i followed your suggestion and this seems to trigger the alert, thanks. what doesn't work is the following: 1- the alert sound is the same, even if i set the alert sound to Alert 1, Alert 2, Alert 3, Alert 4....etc, the sound is always the same one. 2- when i tick the "Alert once per bar" and tick the "Blink once per bar", what is supposed to blink? because i dont see any blinking... 3- when the alert triggers and opens up the alert manager window, i do not receive an email, i get this error " Alert message error: your email provider is blocking alert emails, contact sierra chart support " Waiting for your help Thank you |
