To start, the main chart is a Numbers Bars study with 2 columns displayed. In the first column it looks like the information is the Ask Volume x Bid Volume and the Candlestick outline is displayed using the Open and Close Marker Style, refer to the following: Numbers Bars: Open and Close Marker Style The second column is some kind of delta, but we can not say which one exactly.
