No not at all: I take it that on every move to a new cell, some calculation is happening...
This issue must be specific to your system. Or possibly for some unknown reason related to the chart configuration. Makes no sense and we are not able to reproduce it and we do not believe any other user would be able to reproduce. No this is not the case at all: I know this request will likely require a complete rework of the code behind it.
If you are using OpenGL try disabling that . Open a new chart without any Chart Drawings in case there is some unknown issue with that. And without any orders and see if it makes a difference.
