Once again, it downloads the whole file back to 2012 approx. 3.57 GB This cannot be true. The historical data download will start at that Date-Time. The existing data before that Date-Time already in the file will remain. Hence I don't think the way to address this is via the global data settings? I'd be grateful for clarification on whether changing this setting will impact already downloaded 'global' data files - or just any new symbols that are being downloaded. Obviously I'd want to reset it to default 3650 after downloading hopefully without impacting current symbol data parameters. The only way to control this is through that global setting.
