Still not working as expected but here is a further update as I try everything I can think of. Using the "Intraday data editor"
Go to Date-time >> Date 2020-01-01 >> Time 00:00:00 Again using "Intraday data editor"
>> Delete and Download Data From Current Position to End "... Which should be the Go to Date-time but isn't" Once again, it downloads the whole file back to 2012 approx. 3.57 GB So, I've run out of things to test. I just cannot seem to restrict the Intraday download to encompass 2020-01-01 to current data/time. That's it in a nutshell - no images just an explanation of my ongoing attempts to solve this. Please show me where exactly I am going wrong. If it's paid support so be it but I need a specific solution not just a hyperlink. Many thanks. |
