Sorry, have you read this and looked at it. I'm absolutely amazed you can't understand it and find it confusing - John didn't.
What's so hard for you to understand? Irrespective of the machine or software version the data download settings are being ignored - as you'll see quite clearly in the images which by the way were meant to help you. Your links are a complete waste of time. The first one is wholly inappropriate and the second doesn't help at all. I've deleted all data and download as I mentioned in my easy to follow images - as well as following the instructions: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Instructions to Download/View More Historical Intraday Data. Neither platform or software version is recognising the data limits.
After being a client for more than decade I think I deserve better assistance and a better reply. In short can you help with this issue as I don't want a multi gigabyte scid file. |
