The one thing we see that is that Chart #1 is being referenced by Chart #2. So the first thing to check is what is that reference and is it causing an issue. Check your studies to see if there is one that references Chart #1 and remove/hide that study and see what happens. Otherwise, we would need to get a copy of your Chartbook and see if we can reproduce what you are seeing.
