We can confirm that at this point no other users are having this issue. PayPal has blocked it's services in Russia and possibly for Russian clients. We can see that the PayPal component loaded is using the Russian language, so there is a possibility this is an issue related to either the account or the locale. Have you tried loading the page in incognito mode? As your IP is not in Russia. Sierra Chart Support |
