We have made a change such that you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (10, 11, or 12) in order to be able to have any external connections from Sierra Chart. We have taken care of this for your account by giving you a 60 evaluation of Package 12. For this evaluation you need to keep the time on your original package. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
