The information you show in the attached image looks correct, but we are not showing a connection to IB yet. Is the IB software running on that computer to connect to it? Make sure you go through all the instructions for that installation to connect to IB. You will find the instructions here:

If you are not starting the installation of Sierra Chart that connects to IB every day, then you will need to start it and make the connection at least once a month. You can view the verification date for your account at the following link, which, if it is set to 30 days forward, then you made a proper connection:
