Good day,
I am still unable to connect to the second copy of the Sierra Chart I have downloaded. In the service setting I have set the server address and sever port as the one showing on then message log of the main SC and have also changed the Listening Port and Historical Data Port to the one that was advise but still did not work and I made changes based on the instructions provided on the support board for "Internet Ports and IP Addresses used by Sierra Chart Data Services" and "Instructions For Sharing Data Between Separate Installed Instances". I have not been able to make this work. May I ask for permission to upload the message log or any other advice I would very much appreciate it.
