Keep in mind that if the option for New Bar at Session Start is set to No, then the beginning point for the summation of the data in your chart is the first bar in the chart. Sierra Chart, in general, does not update a chart for the number of days unless the chart is reloaded.

Therefore, even if you had specified 30 days to load for a chart, if you leave that chart open for the next 3 days, you will then have 33 days in the chart. But if you Reload the chart, then it will reload only the past 30.

Therefore, what you are seeing is normal, as the beginning point of your summation is changing when you close and reopen the software. To get around this, you should either use the Date Range for your data limiting method so you can have a consistent start date, or set the option for New Bar At Session Start to yes so the summation will start with each new session.
