Talked to customer and looked at system. He had a shortcut to start Sierra Chart using an odd executable, which would always have started at the same version. Then after updating, the software would restart using the correct Sierra Chart executable. We corrected his shortcut so now all is fine. Customer also had a question about placing orders on the DOM, and why it worked one way in one installation and differently in another. I explained that the Trade >> Chart DOM Settings controls the particular order type when clicking on the DOM and that he needs to verify that the settings are the same between them.
