How are you updating the software? Are you selecting Help >> Download Current Release? This is the recommended method to ensure that you have the correct folder for the installation automatically selected. When you start the software, what is the version of the software? You can find this by selecting Help >> About. The version will be the second from the top. --- With regards to the DOM, are you using the pointer to place the order? If so, how and where are you clicking (which column, and which pointer button)? Then, we also need to know how your settings in Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Order Types are set, particularly the one that matches to how you are entering your order on the DOM.
