With regards to the software reverting, there has to be a simple explanation. In particular, do you perhaps have two installations and you are starting in one and then the update is occurring to the other one? Make sure you are updating the software using the Help >> Download Current Version to ensure you are getting the update for that specific Sierra Chart that you are running. --- With regards to the DOM, are you using the pointer to place the order? If so, how and where are you clicking (which column, and which pointer button)? Then, we also need to know how your settings in Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Order Types are set, particularly the one that matches to how you are entering your order on the DOM.
