Dear SC support, Your reply is not really of great help to me. I am not saying that there is a problem with SC. But as I said already a couple of times, my scid file is correct. Probably, there are one or two configurations that are not correct but I don't know where to look and check. I was hoping that you can give me at least some hints on what to check. IMO, if you provide the feature of importing your own scid file in real-time in SC (which is a wonderful feature BTW!) then a customer can expect some degree of support for this feature that goes beyond just repeating that "something is wrong on my side". Please give me some hints what I need to check that could help solving the problem. For instance, I changed the intraday data storage unit recently from 1tick to 10 sec. Could this create the problem? Thanks |
