And since you are wanting the Futures data, then you would need to have a live account that you can connect your Sierra Chart to, in order to get the data for the S&P 500 Index (ES). If you want to put a minimum amount of funds into an account in order to be able to get the data from the CME Group, then refer to the following: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Again, the above is only necessary for the data from the CME Group. EUREX does not have these requirements. Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
