hi, i tried to connect to rithmic from apex trader funding; the instructions say to choose "rithmic direct - dtc [trading]" but the instructions say I should be able to choose from the server list; RIT5HMIC 01 CHICAGO AREA NON AGGREGATED the pull down menu is blank; and I cannot proceed please see screenshot attached
