We were not aware the log was sent. We will check it now. You did not follow the instructions. You need to tell us, that you sent the log the way that you did. The instructions say this! Otherwise, we have no idea. And furthermore, you have given us a massive log. That is not what the instructions are saying. Once again follow the instructions here: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". This would have to be due to connectivity issues. There definitely are no internal problems with Sierra Chart related to this. That would not be possible.
