When I am on the Sierra Chart Website, on the right side it shows my account name and the word "Logout". I assume that means my username and password are correct and work fine.
When I open the actual charting app it says I am not connected. I get an error message "Connection error message from service. CQG WebAPI|Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect. | Date-Time ...."

I went to the "Reset Password" page and entered a new password, then re-logged into SerraChart.com. Works fine.

Tried to log into the app, and entered the new password into the correct field. I still get the same error message again, indicating I am using an incorrect password.

What am I doing wrong?
