Exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. Usage Time renews based on when you started your subscription with us. Therefore, there are two different payments due at different times. Your exchanges tried to renew today, but you did not have enough funds for them to renew. After you add funds to your account to cover the cost of the exchanges, you can then reactivate the exchanges on the Recurring Services page by scrolling to the bottom of the page and then selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate.
