In order to use the other instance to connect to your AMP account, you just need to change the Data/Trade Service Settings to connect to your CQG account (making them the same as your other installation). And yes, you can run Sierra Chart on up to 3 different computers simultaneously, with any number of installations per computer. But, the data is a different matter, as the exchanges have their own rules. Specifically, with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can have 2 installations on the same computer connecting to the data feed without any additional costs or issues. But, in order to get data to two different computers at the same time, you need to pay for the exchange fee twice.
