From what you state, you must have the wrong columns displayed in the Chart. Select Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns and ensure you have either of the following columns displayed: - Bid Size/Buy Column and Ask Size/Sell Column or - Bid Size and Ask Size Refer to the following information for customizing columns Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) -- If you do not have any columns showing, then you need to select either Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On or Show Market Data Columns.
