According to the Message Log you provided, that system is trying to get data from our Denali Data Feed, as we see the following:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.

If you want to get data from CQG on that system, then go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and set the option for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then OK to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed and your data will then be coming from CQG.

Just keep in mind that in order to get the data from CQG, you have to be on version 2393 or lower. Refer to the following for more information:
