Do you have 2 Sierra Chart accounts? If so, then you do not need to do this. You can have as many Sierra Chart installations running on up to 2 systems at the same time. There are further restrictions with the data, in which you can only have 2 installations connecting to the Denali Exchange Data Feed at one time. But you should not be exceeding either of these with one account.

We recommend having 1 Sierra Chart account and then having 2 installations on your computer, one for IB and the other for Rithmic. Both of these installations can get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at no additional cost. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:

Also, we can consolidate your accounts if we need to. Please open an Account Support Ticket for this once you have determined which account you want to consolidate to.

Note that the account from which you have posted does not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is why we think you must have multiple Sierra Chart accounts.
