Keep in mind that with version 2394 and higher, we are not allowing CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Our guess is that your old laptop was running a version before 2394 and your new one is a more recent version. Therefore, you have three options: 1) Downgrade the new laptop to version 2393 and connect it to CQG. or 2) Use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but only connect to the data from one system or the other at a time. To do this, just set your second system to have the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. or 3) Use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and pay for two connections (twice the exchange fees) so you can use both systems at the same time.
