Then we need to see your Message Log again. But we need for you to follow the directions explicitly, specifically the part where it asks you to open a chart. We need you to open the chartbook that has the chart in it for which you are having the issue and then follow through the rest of the instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
