We are not seeing any issues in the log related to the data. You should be getting it just fine. Are you having issues with any of the other symbols for which you are getting data - such as ES or USOIL? The main thing to check is your Session Times and ensure that they are set properly relative to the time zone you have setup. We see your Global Time Zone is UTC, and if your charts are following the Global Time Zone then you would have to have a start time of 13:30 (09:30 New York Time) and whatever you would want for an end time (use 13:29:59 if you want the full 24 hours).
