We looked at this Chartbook and there is a lot of processing in the Volume by Price study. We are not sure what instance. Most likely it is because of this: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.23 - Chart Tick Size and Volume at Price Processing If you have been using a larger tick size, then it would return back to default when changing the service like to Teton order routing. So the help topic linked above gives solutions. You will just have to wait until the Chartbook becomes responsive to interact with it. After you open it you can select File >> Disconnect and then wait for all the data to download and be responsive again. In the end if there is just too much processing the Chartbook is doing and you do not have a chance to interact with it, you may have to abandoned it and start a new one.
