We do not know why there is a problem. Gain Capital has been notified of the issue. There have been no changes on the Sierra Chart side and we would not withdraw support for gain capital in existing versions of Sierra Chart, only newer versions. As of yet, no change has occurred from our side. Gain Capital should resolve the problem shortly we expect. To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
