When you just change your package selection, we adjust the End Date of your Usage Time based on the difference in the cost of the two packages. In your case, since you went to a higher priced package (5 -> 11) your End Date will have shifted inwards (fewer usage days). There is no additional costs or fees for making these changes. You did, however, select the Update and Renew Now button, instead of the Update/Set button. Normally, this would then add additional time to your account based on the selected package. But you did not have enough funds in your account at that time to actually extend the time, therefore it did not do anything except change your package. The funds you have since added to your account are still available in your Services Surplus. They will be used at your next renewal on October 9, 2022.
