As we started this conversation, you can not get the data from TransAct into Sierra Chart unless you use an older version, and at some point that is going to end altogether. If you want to use Sierra Chart for charting only, then you will need to get your data for Sierra Chart from us. And since we are talking about the CME Group data, which has a requirement of a live, funded, futures trading account, you would need to have an account with a broker to whom you can connect your Sierra Chart, which will not be TransAct soon.
