I think after talking to Infinity Futures, I’ve cleared up my confusion as to this separation from the TransAct feed. As I now understand it, you are no longer permitting TransAct to supply the feed to your Sierra Charts. In order to continue using Sierra, that is the reason I need to complete the subscription for Denali. Apparently, I didn’t quite complete it the other day and I will go back and finish it. As for the Ladder/Dome feed for order entry, I will continue to use TransAct. I understand that I will thus have two logins, one for the Dinali Sierra Chart feed and a separate login with TransAct for the order entry Ladder/Dome. I currently have two accounts: TransAct_User_267584 and peckhaml. I’m not sure why. When I click HELP within Sierra Charts, it takes me to your message board showing the peckhaml account. But to get to this page using my iPhone, I have to use the TransAct_User_if267584 account. With this separation from TransAct, will I get a new account? A new login button for my PC where I have my Sierra charts? |
