Whoa, I was told that if I want to keep TeansAct and Infinity Futures for my order entry, then I needed to subscribe to Sierra’s Denali package Level 11. Now you’re stating that after September 1st, that may not be guaranteed? I’ve spent hours trying to figure this mess out with posts to your support board since you have no telephone support. You are also saying that I didn’t correctly finish the subscription process so I still don’t have Denali. Now I need some answers. 1) by completing the rest of the steps above for subscribing to Denali Level 11, will I have what I need to trade with Sierra AND use Infinity/TransAct for order entry?
