Thanks guys, I mean a lot of the alerts are missing, they do not appear on the chart- I have checked and many of the 3 second alerts do not appear within the three minute bar at all. However, if extension lines are selected an extension line extends, even where the alert was not visible. I tried containing match and the same thing occurs.
