We are not sure what you mean by seeing all of the alerts. You will only see the one bar in the 3 minute time-frame change color regardless of how many are true in the 3 second chart that make up the 3 minute bar. Also, if you are not getting the data to match up as you expect, then change the Input for Bar Time Matching Method to Containing Match.
