I am aware that you will no longer support the TransAct feed? as of SEP 1st, I believe. But, I can continue with them for order entry if I move up to Dinali, Service Pkg 11 which I did a few days ago. Your chart feed and the Ladder/Dome for TransAct were in sync just fine. I am currently running Sierra version 2276 and decided to upgrade to the current version. But when I did the Charts and the TransAct Ladder/Dome were way out of Sync by as much as 50-60 ticks. So, I reloaded the software version 2276 and everything was in sync. What would cause that? I certainly cannot trade with that gap between the two so I’m staying on version 2276.
